Terms of Service
This Service Agreement defines the operational relationship between Diskey and users managing bots via the Discord REST API. Diskey acts as an unmanaged client tool for Discord endpoints.
1. Service Description
Diskey provides a client dashboard that translates user inputs into authenticated Discord REST API v10 calls using the bot token provided during the active session.
2. Relationship with Discord API
Diskey relies entirely on the availability, stability, and permissions enforced by the official Discord REST API.
Changes made by Discord Inc. to their API v10 specifications, rate limits, or intent policies may impact features without prior notice.
3. User Responsibilities & Destructive Actions
You are solely responsible for all actions executed by your bot through Diskey:
- Safekeeping your bot token and verifying administrative permissions before executing actions.
- Irreversible Destructive Actions: Deleting channels, purging roles, banning members, and removing stickers are permanent actions enforced by Discord that Diskey cannot undo or recover.
- Compliance with server rules and bot scope boundaries.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Diskey and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of server data, bot suspensions by Discord, or server downtime resulting from bot actions.
5. Modifications & Severability
We may update these terms periodically to reflect new features or API changes. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in full effect.
