These Terms of Use govern your access to the Diskey website and interface. You agree to use Diskey in compliance with applicable laws, Discord Developer Policies, and community standards.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Diskey website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.
You must be of legal age under Discord Terms of Service to manage bots and servers.
2. Permitted Use
Diskey is provided to assist Discord bot developers and server administrators in inspecting configurations, sending embeds, managing channels, and auditing guild settings through legitimate Discord API tokens.
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to use Diskey for any of the following prohibited purposes:
- Spamming, raiding, harassing, or mass-messaging Discord users.
- Violating Discord Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or Developer Policy.
- Attempting to bypass rate limits, inject malicious payloads, or exploit security vulnerabilities outside of responsible disclosure.
- Interfering with other users sessions or reverse engineering internal encryption mechanisms for malicious intent.
- Using bot tokens that you do not own or are not authorized to administer.
4. Intellectual Property
The Diskey website, branding, design system, custom UI components, and software code are the intellectual property of Diskey Apps.
"Discord", the Discord logo, and related trademarks are the exclusive property of Discord Inc. Diskey is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc.
5. Disclaimer & Access Termination
Diskey is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
We reserve the right to restrict access to the interface in cases of abuse, security risk, or violation of these terms.
